The route, stop by stop

Every route of the week leaves from the same quay in Tivat and comes back to it. This is where Sunday goes in between.

What Sunday is like

Thursday's route again, to end the week on.

Sunday sails the same water as Thursday, and it is on the timetable twice for a simple reason. It is the route people ask for most, and one day a week of it was never enough.

So: west to the open side of the bay, an hour in the water with the engine off, and lunch the moment everyone is back on board. Then east through the narrows for the island and Kotor.

It is also the last departure before the boat rests. There is no sailing on Saturday, so a Sunday booking is the one that closes the week rather than starting it.

The swimming stop

Katica stops and stays stopped for a full hour. There is a ladder off the stern and nothing to be late for until everyone is back aboard. Thursday and Sunday.

Our Lady of the Rocks

The church stands on an island that nature never made. Boatmen built the ground under it by dropping stones beside a reef, season after season, until there was enough of it to build on. Forty minutes is the time it takes to walk round the outside, go in, and come back out to look down the bay before the boat leaves. Every route of the week stops here.

Inside the walls

Kotor

The old town is packed into the corner where the bay ends and the mountain starts, and the walls run straight up the rock behind it. Tuesday gives you an hour and a half, long enough to get past the first square and into the lanes behind it. Monday, Thursday and Sunday come in as well, and agency guests leave the boat here.

The same price whichever day you sail

Sunday costs what every other day costs. Nothing is charged online: you pay on board, in cash or by card.

    20 € for a seat, 35 € with lunch. Lunch means lunch, dessert and a drink.

  • Under six

    The seat is free. Lunch for them is 7 €.

  • Lunch is fish

    Cooked on board during the crossing. If someone in your group doesn't eat it, say so when you book.

  • Pay on the boat

    Cash or card on the day. Send a request, we confirm by WhatsApp, and that holds your places.
